• In summary, NAWI Graz studies:
• For courses, exams and the bachelor thesis, the university always has jurisdiction to offer this course/examination.
• In the case of master's theses, the competence always lies with the allowing Uni.

In principle, the statutory provisions of TU Graz and the University of Graz apply to NAWI Graz studies. Gems. Section 54e para. 3 UG shall determine the rectorates in the case of unequal statutory provisions, which provision is to be applied to which university. This regulation was announced by Uni Graz and TU Graz in the newsletter:

For NAWI Graz studies, principle applies:

• For all topics concerning admission to study, recognition and the master's thesis, the responsibility always lies with the allowing university. Example: The topic of the Master's thesis is always registered at the responsible dean's office of the allowing university.
• For all topics concerning a concrete examination, course or the bachelor's thesis, the university always has to offer the course or examination in question. Example: Registration for a committee examination is always carried out at the university offering this examination date.
